2 Confirmation of muinutes of previous AGM with the date of that agm
How do they (the committee) explain the last AGM held?? which CA knocked back!!

4b Acceptance of President's Report
5a Treasurer Report
5b Acceptance of Treasursr's Report
6 All Executive and committee positions declared vacant
7 Chairperson apponited to conduct the Election to fill the following Executive and Committee positions
a) President
b) Vice-President
c) Secretary
d) Treasurer
e) 2 Ordinary Member
f) did I miss one Position (Teck Officer /Project's/holder of Club call!!
h) Appointment of Auditor
Can the Chair-person be a member of CGFAR or do they have to be a out sider?
Is it possible to bring up the Amount of Fee's for the next
year?
Lets get together and run this AGM correctly and by the rules of C,A.
