Hi Allan,

thank you for your email.

If you decide to join ( and I will strongly recommend you do)
here is what I'll do for you:

1. all cards received for you will be mailed out direct to your address
once per month

2. your outbound cards for overseas stations will be forwarded directly
to either manager (if known) or their national bureau.
I forward cards as soon as I have enough to send and will also keep
details on public file so you see what is going on

3. your cards to other VKs - if they are members they'll get them same as you,
once per month. I will also mail number of cards directly to non-members with
invitation to join so at least for this year most of the VK to VK cards
will be forwarded on 4 weeks turnaround basis.

4. At the moment there is no limit to in / out cards. I have no intention
of doing this for profit ( I have good business and steady income)
my vision is to provide EFFICIENT service for VKs, not one where
people who handle cards are blackmailing recipients.

5. The $10 membership is not enough to cover even incoming service,
let alone outbound air mail but I am prepared to run it even at loss as long
there is enough support. For that reason I need supporters, not paying customers

6. I am making arrangements with overseas burros and I am asking
them to send their cards to me for further forwarding to a/members b/WIA burros.
This will save them money. Again, if I can demonstrate importance and acceptance of
my service to VK hams, more likely they will send their cards to me.
It will take some time to get this up and running but it it is doable and possible.

7. I have already made arrangement with private QSL service in US to have their cards
forwarded to me too and I will continue advertise QSL Exchange
.

8. I will also request that WIA forward all members cards to me for further
prompt forwarding.

I hope this answers some of your questions.

Again Allan, I am not after your $10. I am looking for 'believers" who can make change
and impact others to join, promote this service on and off air
.
